The Feast Original (non-alcoholic)
Our house made specialty dessert created with premium quality Callebaut chocolate ganache from Belgium, this is sure to please the crowd and your palate! Completely gluten free, and one of our most requested dessert items that we offer. Paired best with a fine port or a simple bowl of strawberries!
1863 Buena Vista Basil
Aromas of baked apple, candied pineapple, and tangerine with palate of apricot jam, sliced pears and heirloom apples with basil herb crystals for a touch of color and that “just-picked” basil flavor.
1631 Tokaji Hibiscus
Aromas of this rich, honeyed wine offers complex aromas and notes of dried apricots and orange blossoms topped with hibiscus flower crystals for that perfect combination of sweetness and citrus taste.
1857 Count Rose
Dark fruit aromas of plum and blackberry jump from the glass. Fresh fruit aromas spread across the palate with notes of raspberry and dark chocolate with hints of black pepper topped with rose flower crystals for an exciting form of rose that bursts with freshness and a fantastic crunch.
Place the truffles in the refrigerator. To serve, allow the truffles to come to room temperature for 2 hours in the box. These treats should be enjoyed within 2 weeks.

NOTE: Our Artisan Chocolatier makes truffles every weekend, we ship the following Mondays. Product availability is not guaranteed, due to very small batch wine estate availability, we will keep changing our wine selection. Each wine batch we produce about 600 truffles.
